At Jenna’s Juice, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Product preference
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier
Incorrect or Missing Orders
If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the items received
- A description of the issue
If an error was made on our end, we will correct the issue by sending the correct or missing item at no additional cost. In most cases, customers may keep any incorrectly shipped items and a return will not be required.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered except in rare circumstances at our sole discretion. Jenna’s Juice reserves the right to deny any refund, return, exchange, or replacement request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
